So how do you know you are buying the right house for yourself and your family. Some of the advise I always give my clients is based off feelings. When you walk in a house it should make you happy right from the start, you should not have to learn to love the house you are buying. Secondly make sure it meets the requirements of your family if you need two bath rooms or 4 bedrooms don't just settle for something less the perfection in your eyes because this is one of the biggest decisions you will have to make. As I show homes I will take notes on each home of different statements you make so when we go over the homes I can help you make or remind you of how you felt at a certain times, so sometimes we have to see a house two or three times to make the right chose for your family and yourself. I hope when you're shopping for a home you fall in love with it.
