Feb 5 2018 Have You Thought About A Will

Recently I was involved in a transaction where one of the parties did not have a Will and the Courts had to get involved because they had young children and owned a home. Many people don't like thinking about a Will, but a Will is so important in letting others know what your wishes are and making sure they are followed! One of the promises I make to my clients at the closing table is, if they do not already have a Will, I will follow up with them about it.  We want to hope for the best and prepare for the worst!  If you have one - YAY!! If it has been many years since it has been updated, please update it!  Don't let someone who has never met you decide what is best for you and your family!!
