4 Reasons REMAX Agents Honor Clients By Helping Kids

Community. It’s where you live. It’s where you work. It’s what you build. It’s who we all are.

For 27 years, RE/MAX real estate agents have supported their communities – and their clients – through a partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. All money raised and donated stays local, helping the millions of kids treated at a CMN Hospital in the U.S. and Canada each year.

Here are four reasons why RE/MAX agents say they provide financial support through one-time donations made in clients’ names (Miracle Cards), automatic deductions from commissions (Miracle Homes/Miracle Properties) or group fundraising.

Together, we can all build stronger communities by making miracles happen.

‘I want to help the children achieve their goals.’

“I support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals because these children are inspiring to me. I want to do what I can to help them achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest. The greatest reward is knowing I’m making a small difference for the children of our community. I’m part of a big picture. My office hosts Bingo for Miracles and this year our goal is to raise $10,000 for CMN Hospitals. It may not be a million dollars, but every penny is helping provide our hospital with things they may need.”
– Jessi Hammons, RE/MAX Real Estate Services, Shreveport, Louisiana

‘If I can do anything to help in any way, I am all in!’

“I love knowing that whatever we do is a small part of helping the CMN Hospitals children and their families in a time when they are dealing with some of their most-challenging situations. To be a part of something bigger than me and my world is an honor. I am in awe of these children and their families that are amazingly strong dealing with things that most of us can’t imagine. If I can do anything to help in any way, I am all in! I encourage all agents in my office to make donations at closing and we host a trivia fundraising event each year. I know every bit helps; I just wish I could do more.”
– Deborah Wells, RE/MAX New Image, Saginaw, Michigan

‘I re-evaluated my business and dedicated it to a bigger cause.’

“Two years ago, I was touring Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and heard the sound of a helicopter landing. I knew right then and there that I can’t play small in the way I support Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. I realized that as RE/MAX agents, we are not only in real estate, we’re also responsible for saving lives. So I re-evaluated my business and dedicated it to a bigger cause. I made a decision that I will learn to expand in my giving and to break through any financial-limiting beliefs. I’ve learned that my giving has to expand first, then my receiving will follow – not the other way. I became more involved with this cause by helping with and organizing blood drives as well as toy and art supply drives. ‘We make a life by what we give.'”
– Hind Aineb, RE/MAX Estate Properties, Marina Del Rey, California

‘It makes me proud.’

“Supporting the life-saving work of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and all CMN Hospitals is a cause that’s important to agents in my office. It makes me proud that RE/MAX recognizes the importance of giving back to the community, and that I’m able to say I sell Miracle Homes.”
– Rebecca Drehsen, RE/MAX Integrity, Camarillo, California
